“THE MASTER”
You know, there’s so much that we want in our lives, so much we pray for, so much that we desire.
But what is that one thing that we really need in our lives?
And to me, I want to feel that magic all the time, because I know it’s there. I want to feel that joy. I want my life to be filled; to be completely, completely filled with that love, with that excitement; not my ideas, not my trials and tribulations, good’s and the bad’s.
And when I have that one thing which is clarity; clarity, then I can see, then I can recognise; recognise that which is true, that which is real.
Then I can recognise my Master.
To recognise my Master takes effort every day; every day.
It’s not a simple thing. Believe me, it is not a simple thing. It is more delicate than any love you have ever felt. Without the kindness and without the effort; that effort that the Master makes to reawaken me every time.
And it takes conscious effort every day to awaken and to thank that person, who also makes effort every day to make sure that I am awake, that I remain clear, that I do not forget;
forget what is essential, forget what is important,
forget that this breath means so much to me,
that this life means so much to me,
that this existence means so much to me,
that the joy means so much to me,
that that passion means so much to me,
that that understanding means so much to me,
that that clarity means so much to me,
that that feeling of Knowledge means so much to me … because it does.
Your center in this world is not out there; it’s within you. This is your center. This is from where you come and this is to where you belong.
From here is the coming; the welcoming of each breath that happens.
Here is the dispersal of each breath. This is your portal. This is your door. This is your home.
So my prayer definitely becomes:
“Gather me. Gather me and keep me in this miracle. Gather me and keep me in this magic. Gather me and keep me in that world where there is that joy, where my heart can be content, where I can be who I am, where silence means something, where there is a reality so perfect that I don’t have to sit there and think about it and I don’t have to dream it and I don’t have to try to understand it, but I can feel it. Feel it. This is how it is.
“Gather me, gather me! Because I’m all over the place. Gather me and take me into that world, gather me and take me close to that heart where I belong. When I am there I know I belong. It is right; a place where I don’t have to define, a place where I don’t have to search any more, a place that I don’t have to try to create in my imagination and fantasies, but a place where I know I belong.”
So hard we try to belong in this world, so hard we try to belong to each other, so hard we try. So hard we try to please each other.
You have come, you have arrived. Let the dance begin. You have arrived. Let this saga now unfold.
Hear the most beautiful story; not of desperation, not of anger and fear. Run on joy. Desire joy, want joy in your life.
Harmony, not duality; harmony.
Let me be content. Let me be in peace. Peace, now.
Every moment of my waking life, show me, remind me.
Remind me to be in that peace.
